Since founding SEC in 1979 Stephen has guided the company through the completion of over 600 projects. Under Stephen’s directorship, the Company has been responsible for the construction of some of Sydney’s landmark buildings.
Jennifer Edwards
Director
Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education, Diploma Special Education, Justice of the Peace for NSW
Jennifer co-founded SEC in 1979 with Stephen and has managed the financial and administrative side of the company. Jennfier also plays an active role in mentoring our female employees.
Mathew Edwards
Director

Mathew has worked in the family company for more than 15 years. In that time he has held a variety of roles such as Project Manager, Estimator and Business Development Manager. Mathew is involved in the management of all aspects of the company.
Daniel Edwards
Director
Bachelor of Construction Project Management (Honours), Master of Business in Accounting and Finance
Daniel has worked for the family company for more than 15 years predominantly in Site Supervision and Project Management roles. Since completing his Finance degree in 2015, Daniel oversees all business finances. Daniel is also a Senior Representative on selected projects.

Warwick leads our estimating team and looks for ways to help solve our new and existing Client’s project needs. With over 30 years’ experience in construction he enjoys engaging with and listening to our Clients to tailor a cost competitive and effective project delivery solution.
David Cleary
Construction Manager

Since joining SEC in 1999, Dave has successfully overseen the delivery of all projects. Dave is respected in the industry for his ability to understand and deliver the clients’ key objectives and manage major project risks. Dave also has a strong background in design management and will ensure that build-ability and value for money.
Daniel Brazdil

Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Licensed Builder
Daniel has been critical to the successful delivery of over 50 projects at SEC. He has a positive approach to construction challenges and is able to get the best outcomes from the project teams that he manages.
Paul Homan
Safety & Environmental Manager

Paul is a hands-on leader who implements a practical approach to Safety and Environmental management. He ensures that we create a ‘Safety First’ culture on our projects.
