This project involves the construction of 57 bed Dementia specific aged care facility at Wahroonga.

Built over 4 levels the works include:

Lower Ground; carpark, offices, 9 resident rooms

Ground Level; 18 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens

Level 1; 18 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens, lounge

Level 2; 12 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens, lounge

In addition works include refurbishment of Heritage Cottage attached to the site, landscaping works and new Substation.
